Fiske Fishsocks, the warmest socks for a Dutch winter.

Fiske is the first product from the textile collection Stossen of Nikkie Wester. The product has its origin in research upon typical local folklore and the general Dutch textile identity. 
Near the coast, people used a special knitting stitch for warm clothing on rough waters. With Fiske, you wear present-day socks that refer to the traditional Dutch fishery with a twist. 
The collection of Nikkie Wester exists out of 23 other textile products next to Fiske. These products can be combined in many different ways, varying from mourning up to celebrating costume. All products are typical Dutch in their essence with a modern-day twist. 
Fiske is produced in collaboration with very skilled knitters who still possess the technique of traditional hand knitting. Therefore the socks have excellent breathability and insulating effect. 
Fiske is available in the colours neon orange and grey; both provided with a silicon anti-slip sole. The best acrylic is used to make sure the socks feel as pure wool.
